Here’s What Voters in New Orleans Think About Education Reform

As always, on this blog we view polls as useful but hardly dispositive. Revealed preference is always our favorite data.

Some positive news: most people think charter school have made public education better.

More positive news: 75% (!) of voters believe in open and unified enrollment.

Of interest: 63% of *local* voters want a check on *local* democracy.

Not great but feels about right: votes give NOLA public schools a “C.”
